Take the exit toward Neshaminy from US-1 South
Turn right onto Rockhill Dr
Turn right onto Old Lincoln Hwy
Turn left onto E Bristol Rd
Gym is .5 mile on the LEFT
From SOUTH:
Take I-95 NORTH to and PA-63 W/Woodhaven Rd to N Roosevelt Blvd / US-1 N
Continue on US-1 N to Middletown Township.
Take the US-1 exit toward Rockhill Drive
Make a left onto Rockhill Drive
Turn right onto Old Lincoln Hwy
